Default Stacking speed skills so I can zoom

With Recall on its way, certain people are going to be opting for instant travel from point A to point B (to be fair, from point B to point A, but I digress). I think its time Anet finally reversed an injustice to the fleet of foot among us, and let Speed skills stack.

Illusion of Haste+ Charge+ Sprint= truly FTL

I hope you all say zoom too.

Would be too easy for anyone to flee when they're getting hit on, or it would be impossible for them depending on who has that speed boost.

technically you can stack "running" anyways.
just activate another skill when it's about to end the one before...

I wouldnt like it if players were able to run around endlessly. hehe

(it's stiil actually ezier to stop those tele assass skills, than runner skills)

I think a 33% speed boost is the max it should go.

And Dash lasts but a few seconds, that 50% isn't going to get you too far away that someone using Sprint won't catch up to you that soon after.

+50% is max for running not 33% Im pretty sure. Same w/ attack speed. It said so somewhere in the updates.

And you cant stack charge and sprint currently to get 50% faster I think.

Speed skills don't stack for the same reason that IAS skills don't stack - pile on Tiger's Fury, I Will Avenge You, some IAS-boosting Enchant or other (if such exists), and you don't need actual attack skills to cause mayhem. Similarly, put up Windborn Speed, Armor of Mists, "Charge!", and Sprint and you're moving at, what? 33+33 +25 +25 = 116% increased moving speed.

Yeah. Don't need any Olympic sprinters in Guild Wars thanks. Sorry, but:

Just no. Go zoom-zoom somewhere else, there's enough noobs in RA doing laps.

I'd like to see them stack. I don't even like runners, but what the heck, who cares.

I can run indefinately with my ranger (as in permanent 25% or 33% speed boost)

anyway, /notsigned, though you can already "stack" them, they just dont have any effect unless you have some sort of slow on you

You can already stack speed affects but with a 50% cap.

If you do sprint then charge you won't notice much of a difference because you are already traveling at 25% faster. When one of the wears off before the other you notice a slow down.

You used to be able to stack speed skills. I have no idea why GW did away with this. I think that if someone wanted to waste half his skill bar to run twice as fast, let him.
Although, with assassins in the game soon, recall would allow entire groups to get to an enemy guild hall within 10 seconds of the match.
